Ride Clear on UTA: In an effort to cut down on pollution from automobiles, the Utah Transit Authority and Zions Bank have teamed up on a new program called Ride Clear. People who register at utarideclear.com will be mailed a free seven-day UTA pass—a $50 value. The pass will be good for travel between July 1-31, 2013.

Walk for Hope-Fun 5k Walk/Run: A family friendly Walk for Hope to support our friends at Huntsman Cancer Foundation by raising awareness of their good work. There’s no strategy. Walk, run, skip or jump. Follow the course and have fun. And there will plenty do: Activities for Kids, inflatables, photo booth, music, food and drinks. Raising Awareness for Huntsman Cancer Foundation. Details: Starts at 9:00 a.m. at Liberty Park (900 S. 500 East, Salt Lake City), $15 per family
