Womenpreneurs Panel: What does it take these days for women to reach to their maximum potential in business? Join the conversation! We welcome both women and men into a safe space of learning, story-telling and mentorship to discuss the tough questions about women’s leadership that will ignite conversation and prompt change.

This evening for womenpreneurs is designed to connect women within the Salt Lake community to uncover hidden barriers, plot their careers paths and develop the courage to be unabashedly themselves at every stage in their careers, all the way from entry level to the C-suite. Details: Make sure to RSVP with the Impact Hub. The event is from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Impact Hub (150 South State St, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111).

Pacific Island Heritage Month Celebration: Friendly Island Festival This event begins August 6th and the last day is Augus 10th. Details: Starts at 9 a.m. at Jordan Park (1060 S. 900 West, Salt Lake City).

Thirsty First Thursday: Plant based menu will be offered along with beer and wine! A portion of proceeds go to Sage Mountain! Special guests from One Single Act andAnimal Liberation Racing will speak on behalf of farm animals, our health, and the planet! Sunday, August 9th

Q Lagoon Day: Our 12th Lagoon Day. Wear red to stand OUT. Bring your picnic an drinks and join us at the Pioneer Pavilion. Group photo at 4pm at the pavilion. Discount coupons are now available at Club Try-Angles, 241 W 900 S, and get you $9 off for up to 8 people at the gate the day of the event.
